My Story
Hey you,
Thanks for being interested in learning more about me! Below is a synopsis of my life to help provide you with a better understanding of me. Enjoy!

My life story...

-
I originally went to school for Chemical & Biological Engineering, but quickly learned that engineering school was not for me and that I was better at professional networking and executing on deliverables, so I quickly switched over to the project management world - Kudos to all you ChemEs out there!
-
My mom passed away
-
Hurricane Harvey flooded the home I was staying in and left me with only a backpack full of items
-
This led to me being stuck between a rock and a hard place where I had no other option but to succeed
-
Life was hard, but I professionally advanced from Intern, to Project Manager, to Operations Integration Manager, to now Coach

Over the past few years...

-
I moved from Texas to Colorado twice
-
Paid off all my debt
-
Found my soulmate, Connor :)
-
Rescued a kitten
-
Lost 40lbs (without supplements, diet teas and whatever else the media sells)
-
Finished my Masters in Operations Management
-
Kicked off my own business, because life is too short to think, "what if"

Over the years, I've grown tremendously but my growth came with plenty of failures and hard times. For example,

-
When my mom died I spent years digging myself in and out of a dark hole filled with anger, doubt and no direction
-
I spent years trying to nail down my weight loss... yo-yo dieting
-
I was told by my old mentor and boss that he would ruin my career and life
-
Money was non-existent

I'm not telling you this so you can join my pity party (that ship sailed long ago). I'm sharing this because I want you to know the game of life is NOT easy, but you don't have to navigate it alone. What I went through fuels my desire to succeed and my passion for helping others find their purpose and accomplish their dreams. Life is full of "you can't", "you won't" and "you aren't", but i'm here to help you turn those outside opinions into fuel for your passion.

"There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed."
- Ray Goforth

Now there's so much about my life that I'm thankful for and cherish everyday...
-
I'm healthier
-
I'm happier
-
I'm able to manage my time at work and home better
-
I believe in myself more than anyone... ask my friend Gabe
-
I found my passion

Like many of you, I can honestly say I think I've been to Hell and back. My experiences both the good and the not so good, are what helped mold me into the person I am today. These experiences are what motivates me to empower others to live the life they deserve. I help people who want to cherish and live life the way they do in their dreams... heck, color outside the lines, because lines are suggestions (unless you're driving).

If you're ready to look fear and doubt in the face and tell it to F*!k off, then welcome my friend. You're in the right place.

I will...
-
Be your biggest supporter
-
Be there to give you a kick in the butt when you need it
-
Be your accountability buddy
-
Be the mentor and coach you've been looking for
But most importantly, I'll be your reliable and honest cheerleader, someone you can always lean on for support. There is nothing that puts more pep in my step than empowering people to pursue their dreams and live the life they deserve to live.

Together, let's kick down those barriers and say hello to your dreams.
I believe in you,
