Overview: ○ All career levels are welcome to attend this class. This class is conducted via Zoom and is an interactive course. Webcam is optional but highly recommended. What you will learn: ○ Evaluate your strengths and outline next steps to get you to a career/role that aligns with your personal values, interests, skills, and personality. ○ Understand how to handle and navigate difficult conversations and ask for what you truly need. ○ Improve your emotional intelligence skills by learning how to effectively communicate with various personalities and communication styles. ○ Identify ways to improve your stress management and notice stress drivers, triggers, and strategies.
